In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) , we offer a "cooling off" period, in which orders of goods purchased online can be cancelled up to 7 working days following the date of delivery.
If you decide to return or exchange your order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. You will receive a full refund for the product purchased, including the original delivery cost, providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. We recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection.
If you would like to return or exchange your products, please email us enquiries@martyn-industrials.co.uk to obtain a Goods Return Number. If you are unable to return the product to us, we can provide this service for you at your cost, ( fees are dependent on the type of product(s) you are returning.)
Please note that products returned without a clearly identified Goods Return Number will not be processed for refund. Returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. If products are not in a re-saleable condition on return, we reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to us.
Goods returned outside the 7 day cooling off returned may be accepted for refund at our discretion, however we reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee from any refund granted.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from receipt of cancellation.
If your goods have been damaged in transit please endorse the delivery note accordingly, retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
Goods are guaranteed to be free from defects for 12 months from date of purchase.
This refund/exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights.
